Sales Director
Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc is a respected full-service hotel in Overland Park, KS, seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales. This leadership role involves guiding a high-performing sales team, implementing strategic initiatives, and serving as the second-in-command for overall hotel operations.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve revenue goals
Establish sales territories, quotas, and performance standards
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Forecast business levels and report regularly on team performance
Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Represent the hotel at industry and community events
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related discipline
Previous supervisory or management experience required
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
Proven relationship-building and client-engagement skills
