RJM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to support a large enterprise IT organization undergoing a major Agile product transformation. The role focuses on coaching product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to improve delivery, collaboration, and Agile maturity across the organization.

Responsibilities

Coach product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile approaches
Support large-scale Agile and product transformation initiatives aligned to organizational goals
Partner with leadership to build and execute Agile coaching roadmaps
Serve as a trusted advisor to teams and mid-level leaders to reinforce Agile principles and practices
Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and hands-on coaching for teams and leaders
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and data-driven decision making
Analyze delivery and team health metrics and recommend improvements
Facilitate alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Standardize Agile ceremonies, workflows, and best practices
Support teams in using Jira, Confluence, Align, and other Agile tools to improve execution and reporting

Required

US citizenship is required
Extensive experience coaching Agile teams in large, complex organizations
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS
Experience supporting enterprise-level Agile or product transformations
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices
Ability to work with multiple teams, leaders, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience using Agile metrics to drive performance and improvement
Ability to commute to New York, NY 10004 (Required)

Preferred

Experience transitioning organizations from traditional delivery models to Agile
Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric operating models
Background in organizational change management
Experience coaching teams on technical practices such as test-driven development and continuous integration
