Responsibilities

Generate proprietary research for active and prospective clients in NYC real estate

Track off-market transactions, neighborhood trends, construction costs, and market dynamics

Build predictive models to guide pricing, valuation, and market timing

Monitor wealth events and provide actionable insights to the team

Lead pricing and comparative analyses for listings with rapid turnaround

Develop scalable frameworks for pricing and reductions

Support listing presentations with data, attend seller meetings, and deliver market insights

Keep agents equipped with timely and relevant market information

Create recurring reports at neighborhood, building, and segment levels

Collaborate with marketing to ensure polished data visualization and presentation

Deliver recurring data on land values, sales, pipelines, and construction costs to developers, lenders, and partners

Assist development clients with pricing strategies, unit mix evaluation, sales velocity tracking, and competitive analysis

Elevate internal data insights into a leading industry newsletter

Contribute to reports, newsletters, and media to position the agency as a go-to real estate data source

Identify opportunities for insightful, data-driven content

Enhance how data is presented across reports, presentations, and digital platforms

Support the development and evolution of proprietary tools and apps
