T-Mobile Fiber Field Sales Representative

OSL Retail Services is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join their team as Sales and Marketing Representatives for T-Mobile Fiber. The role involves driving sales of T-Mobile Fiber's residential products through face-to-face interactions with customers, utilizing a lead list to market effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

Drive and support the sale of T-Mobile Fiber’s residential product suite by being a brand ambassador visiting residential customers face to face through tactics including canvassing and cold calling
Work from a client provided territory lead list to market T-Mobile Fiber products to drive sales in residential areas
Identify the specific needs of customers and tailor solutions that fit their lifestyle delivering best-in-class customer service experience
Deliver best in class customer experience as an ambassador of the T-Mobile Fiber brand
Meet with your team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results
Use the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel
Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy and integrity as the face of our client, T-Mobile Fiber

Required

Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver's license
Ability for frequent travel across the region as required
A flexible fulltime schedule that includes availability on evenings and weekends as required
