Responsibilities
Open and maintain deposit, business, and IRA accounts
Understand member needs and recommend solutions
Assist with loan applications and basic lending guidance
FSR III supports coaching within the team
Accurately process member transactions
Maintain cash drawer balance and compliance
Participate in ongoing training
Contribute to branch goals and promotional campaigns
Uphold branch standards and service expectations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine branch tasks
