Act as the office coordinator, managing on-site issues and office supplies
Maintain guest and kitchen areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
Lead the planning and execution of team events, enhancing team cohesion
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, arranging travel, and processing invoices
Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth business operations
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role with demonstrated progression
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
