Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum of four years of revenue cycle experience required in healthcare
Well versed in Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact with multiple departments
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to analyze processes and procedures and make the necessary recommendations for improvements to management
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of computer and billing software
Preferred
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, collection and reimbursement requirements and standard practices
Knowledge of the current healthcare climate; including managed care developments, HIPAA standards and governmental program regulations
