Responsibilities

Strong Domain Knowledge in Supply Chain Management and good Exposure on WMS configuration
Min 10+ years of experience in Manhattan Warehouse Management system / applications
Minimum 1+ years experience in MA Active WMS
For configuring new warehouse setups, including detailed UI configuration for inbound and outbound flows
Extensions
Customizations, integration points
Reporting
Experience with Postman
Minimum 2 years experience in support project including experience on below aspects:
Service management functions including incident, problem, change management using tools like ServiceNow and Jira
Trend analysis, Root Cause analysis, identifying permanent fix and automation opportunities and implementation
Leading triage of critical/P1 issues, critical thinking to suggest short term and long term solutions
Strong collaboration, team building, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly & utilizing the same in a productive manner
