Required

Excellent customer service and communication skills a must, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and planning skills, attention to detail is a must
Creative solutions provider working within our prescribed scope and process
Ability to manage time effectively to complete team objectives while creating a strong and efficient team and customer experience
Experience with PC hardware: laptops, desktops, and peripherals a plus
Basic knowledge of internet site use, Outlook and other Microsoft Office tools
Advanced Excel experience, V-Lookup, Macros, bug and error detection
Professional attitude and goal-oriented work ethic
Ability to function in a team environment as well as alone
