Responsibilities

Be the final word on technical excellence. You'll ensure our work is top-tier by running Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), setting the gold standard for office and field procedures

Help our talented staff grow their careers through hands-on mentoring and training. You'll also be key in recruiting the next generation of all-star surveyors

Take the reins on exciting projects from start to finish. This includes crafting proposals, keeping project budgets on track, and managing the finances

Required

8+ years of professional surveying experience

Professional Land Surveyor registration (PLS) or ability to obtain licensure with having S.I.T

Knowledge of technological advances, principles, techniques and practices of land surveying

Experience with survey project management; including preparation of proposals, tracking project budgets, and billing review

Ability to speak and write professionally

Ability to provide guidance and mentoring to staff in the survey practice

Ability to assist in growth of survey practice using marketing and networking technique
