Responsibilities

Work closely with global cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Sales in the US and mandarin-speaking countries to drive the end-to-end delivery of new products, services, and/or features to market

Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery

Create and maintain the Roadmap for the teams by working with the respective Tech and Product leaders

Define the way of driving the programs and constantly find ways to improve the process in a data-driven manner

Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones, and be the owner of the collaboration process and tools

Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers

Ensure products and applications release to market smoothly

Mentor and help develop the team

Required

Must have a technical educational background, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field

High levels of written and oral fluency in both Mandarin and English are required

3 years of relevant work experience in project/program management or software development leadership

Must have at least 1 year of experience in each of the following: Leading Agile development processes, managing software development projects, including building development processes and coordinating release schedules, or creating and maintaining software development roadmaps for engineering teams

Managing stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs that support customer revenue, growth, and retention

Planning and executing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
