X-Ray Industries, an Applus+ company, is a well-established non-destructive testing service provider in the Aerospace industry. They are seeking a hands-on individual who is passionate about NDT and will work as part of a team to ensure quality testing and inspection capabilities.

Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, the dedicated individual shall have sufficient education, training and experience to ensure qualification as a minimum in their respective method
Knowledge to interpret codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the NDT method(s) as used by XRI Testing
Have a general knowledge of other NDT methods and product manufacturing and inspection technologies used by XRI testing and its customers including, but not limited to Liquid Penetrant (FPI) (PT), Magnetic Particle (Mag) (MT), Radiography (X-ray) (RT), Digital Radiography (DDA) (DR), Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasonic (UT) (Immersion) (Phased Array)
Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program
Qualification
Required
Documentation of high school diploma or GED, OJT hours, and previous certification hours required
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Certifiable to Level 3 per the requirements of XRI 2002 (NAS 410 and SNT-TC-1A), i.e., 4 years as a Level 2 is required to qualify for Level 3 certification unless the following conditions are met (per XRI-2002 “A 2 year degree in engineering or science study at a technical school, college or university reduces the above to 2 years experience. A 3-4 year science or engineering undergraduate degree reduces the above to 1 year experience
