Responsibilities

Lead live, instructor-led product training sessions for customers (virtual and in-person)

Tailor training experiences for different audiences, including end users, administrators, and executive stakeholders

Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor during customer engagements

Own and continuously evolve the customer training curriculum, ensuring alignment with product releases and roadmap changes

Design and maintain training assets including documentation, slide decks, hands-on exercises, LMS content, and video-based learning

Partner with video production resources to create scalable, on-demand training content

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and UX teams to:

Provide structured feedback gathered from customer training sessions

Influence product improvements and usability enhancements

Work with Support and Customer Success teams to address training gaps and recurring customer challenges

Define and track training effectiveness using feedback, adoption metrics, and engagement data

Use insights to continuously improve training delivery, content quality, and customer outcomes
