Set and execute a global IT strategy aligned with business goals and long-term organizational priorities
Provide leadership for IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and IT global service delivery for employees worldwide
Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, data insights, and customer experience
Inspire, build, and mentor a high-performing global IT team, fostering innovation, accountability, and shared success
Support the business in building a data-driven culture that treats data as a strategic asset, leveraging insights and automation through AI to drive informed decision-making and business performance
Establish IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks to ensure resilience, continuity, and regulatory alignment
Drive enterprise-wide AI governance, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic objectives to enhance operational excellence
Manage global IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and enterprise platforms to maximize business value
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating technology opportunities into measurable impact
Lead the selection, modernization, and integration of ERP and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and enable digital transformation
Oversee IT strategy and execution for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring seamless technology integration and business continuity
Apply a financially disciplined approach to technology strategy—maximizing ROI, reducing cost, and advancing modernization initiatives within current investment frameworks
Drive the adoption of agentic and AI-powered systems to streamline cross-functional workflows, reporting, and analytics, enabling greater self-service and operational agility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally within a global or multi-region enterprise
Proven success overseeing enterprise systems and leading digital transformation initiatives
Strong expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills
Business acumen with the ability to connect technology strategy to organizational goals
Experience leading diverse, global teams and fostering a culture of innovation, shared ownership, and continuous learning
Demonstrated success in establishing standards across a complex, global enterprise environment, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance
Experience leading IT strategy and execution for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
Experience operating in a large-scale, global organization with exposure to the governance and reporting requirements of publicly traded companies
Experience working with cloud vendors—both in consuming services as well as integrating solutions into go-to-market (GTM) systems and marketplaces
