Responsibilities
Lead product development projects across the full lifecycle, from concept through production and release
Define and manage product requirements, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies against internal and external timelines
Act as a central point of communication across cross functional and global teams
Translate technical and electromechanical challenges into clear actions and recommendations for a broad stakeholder group
Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks, trade offs, and decision points
Support teams in a fast paced environment by removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in technical project management or an engineering focused role
Experience delivering electromechanical products through complete development lifecycles
Solid technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing considerations
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non technical audiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with any exposure to CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CREO considered a plus
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
