Marketing Coordinator

Caesars Entertainment is a leading hospitality and entertainment company, and they are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing in executing the property’s marketing plan. The role involves coordinating marketing disciplines, managing promotional materials, and ensuring superior guest relations during events and promotions.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Coordination of one or more of the following marketing disciplines for the property: special events and promotions, direct mail/database marketing, digital marketing, players club operations, player development and/or advertising
Superior guest relations as it involves interacting with guests during deployment of special events and promotions
Deployment and coordination of property contests including ordering, selection of materials, setup, décor and selection of prize-winners
Management and maintenance of promotional materials such as décor, promotional merchandising and other promotional tools
Working as event staff to set up events, administer contests, issue prizes and ensure proper procedures or rules are followed
Coordination of property activation events with players club personnel and or any promotional agencies
Management of digital assets, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, property website, and guest feedback survey response systems
Setup and deploy CMS and MGT promotions accurately and in a timely manner
Special projects as assigned
Be a customer experience owner, act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests. Leave guests with positive feelings about our property and establish/maintain relationships with them. Approach each situation with a “yes we can” attitude, every guest every time
Comply with our drug & alcohol free workplace. Subject to for cause and post-accident drug

Required
