Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (Part-Time)
iCare Therapy LLC is a national ABA therapy provider offering behavioral health services to the autism community. They are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload of children with autism spectrum disorder, oversee treatment teams, and ensure data-driven clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Planning – Perform FBAs and skill assessments; create and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals
Supervision & Training – Provide competency‑based coaching to RBTs/BTs; model best practices and ensure procedural fidelity
Data‑Driven Program Management – Review session data weekly, adjust programs, and maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines
Family & Stakeholder Collaboration – Deliver parent training, coordinate with SLPs/OTs/educators, and communicate progress to funding sources
Quality & Compliance – Uphold BACB Ethics Code and state regulations; participate in audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
2+ years supervising ABA services for individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities
Demonstrated proficiency with evidence‑based teaching methods (DTT, NET, Verbal Behavior) and digital data platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and motivate multidisciplinary teams
Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks and health clearances
