Responsibilities
Engage in advanced technical tasks and support benefits delivery
Conduct complex data analysis and audits (i.e. Non-Discrimination Testing, sick pay calculations, 1095 monthly reviews, data management, carrier billing financials, etc.)
Prepare and load sick, jury duty pays, and paid leave amounts into compensation management systems
Analyze and load system data to support benefit systems
Investigate and resolve eligibility files and data discrepancies reported by carriers
Prepare monthly reporting trends
Serve as backup and assist benefits team ad hoc throughout the year
Perform other duties when necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of experience analyzing employee benefits or insurance benefit information
Highly analytical and knowledgeable in interpreting complex data sets
Strong knowledge of Excel and experience navigating online systems
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills
