Responsibilities
Manage and grow MATRY’s social presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X)
Turn founder insights, product updates, and community conversations into clear, engaging content
Write captions that feel human, grounded, and aligned with MATRY’s voice
Create and schedule posts, carousels, short-form videos, and story formats
Engage with the community thoughtfully, comments, DMs, and conversations
Spot patterns in what resonates and feed insights back to the team
Qualification
Required
US Market knowledge of trends and customer mentality
Experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or personal brand
Strong writing instincts and an eye for tone, pacing, and clarity
Comfort working closely with a founder and translating ideas into content
A hands-on, proactive mindset, you don't wait to be told what to post
Alignment with MATRY's mission and women-first values
Preferred
Design and video skills
Proficiency with AI tools
Experience growing early-stage or community-led brands
