Cherish Hospice is seeking a Community Marketer / Liaison in the Kokomo area. The Marketing Representative will play a vital role in generating referrals by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare facilities and professionals, as well as educating stakeholders about hospice care.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, personal care homes, etc

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote community recognition, enhance census growth, and increase referrals

Track Referral trends, monitor development and identify key target marketing opportunities

Plan and organize marketing events and informational sessions

Educate stakeholders about hospice care

Oversee initial patient consent for hospice care and ensure documentation is processed correctly

Attend weekly meetings to discuss successes, competitor insights, and future growth opportunities

Meet quotas and/or expectations set by the Director of Business Development
