Responsibilities
You'll own the creative execution from concept to publish
That means producing and managing shoots (coordinating talent, locations, shot lists), doing hands-on creative work when needed (photography, video editing, graphic design), and running our social channels with a curatorial, mood board-driven approach
You're the bridge between our founder's creative vision and what the world sees: translating brand direction into cohesive, scroll-stopping content that feels effortlessly cool and design-forward
Qualification
Required
4-7 years experience in creative roles spanning production, art direction, and social
Portfolio demonstrating cohesive visual storytelling across mediums
Hands-on proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Deep fluency in social platforms, trends, and what makes design-conscious audiences engage
Experience managing shoots from pre-production through post
Impeccable taste and the judgment to know when to push boundaries vs. stay on-brand
A sense for the tradeoffs between premium content and content that performs well
