Responsibilities
Proactively manage deadlines across multiple clients and matters
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
Communicate clearly, straightforwardly, and accessibly with clients and colleagues
Draft high-quality letters, pleadings, motions, and other substantive filings
Develop and draft strategic discovery requests and responses
Efficiently review documents for case analysis, strategy, and trial preparation
Prepare for, take, and defend depositions
Prepare for and participate in arbitration hearings and trials
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of post-law school litigation experience
Active membership in the California Bar
Strong academic credentials
Exceptional writing, analytical, and research skills
Pragmatic mindset with excellent judgment and meticulous attention to detail
Pride in producing precise, high-caliber work
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, boutique environment
Preferred
