Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, filing and organization of all forms and applications for all real estate matters requiring submission with the DRE, together with utilizing and establishing workflow procedures and communication between the relevant teams (developer, consultants, legal teams, title and escrow)

Assist in the preparation and organization of all pre- and post-closing logistics relating to complex real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, drafting basic agreements, correspondence, document summaries, consents, schedules and exhibits

Prepare and coordinate various filings for the formation of limited liability companies and corporations, including Subchapter S corporations, C corporations and nonprofit corporations. Entity formation includes preparation of single member, limited liability company agreements with SPE provisions. Entity modification includes preparation and filing amendments, merger documents, conversion documents, and cancellation documents, including authorization required for such transaction

Organize, review and analyze various due diligence matters including UCC searches and local transfer requirements

Assist with other department duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
