Robert Half is seeking a hands-on, independent accounting professional for a 6-month on-site contract role that will evolve over the engagement. This position will start with an AR / Collections focus and transition into GL accounting, managing multiple entities and working independently.

Full-cycle accounting

Manage AR for 50+ franchised locations

Handle collections from defaulted franchisees

Book journal entries in Great Plains

Work with an existing Excel macro that captures credit card revenue and generates JE

Record revenue

Calculate and record royalty payments

GL accounting in Great Plains

Qualification

Required

Hands-on, independent accounting professional

Strong AR and GL accounting background

Comfortable working with franchise and multi-entity environments

Independent contributor who can hit the ground running

Able to work onsite and manage evolving responsibilities over the contract term
