Motivate internal and external resources to deliver on project commitments

7 years of professional work experience as a software development

Seven years of experience in data warehousing architectural approaches and minimum 3 years in big data (Cloudera)

Experience working with big data and eco system (e.g. Hadoop, Hive, PySpark, HBase, Sqoop, Impala, Kafka, Flume, Oozie, MapReduce, S3 etc.)

Experience working with database systems (e.g. Exadata, NoSQL, Cassandra, Neo4j, etc.)

Expert knowledge and experience in software development methodologies and industry practices

Expert understanding and experience with building and deploying enterprise applications

Assist in the evaluation of new solutions for integration into the Hadoop Roadmap/Strategy

Motivate internal and external resources to deliver on project commitments
