Responsibilities
Answer customer technical questions using analog & digital electronics fundamentals
Support pre- and post-sale technical conversations with customers and key accounts
Translate customer application requirements into appropriate product recommendations
Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, delivering hands-on product demonstrations
Maintain CRM records and document customer interactions and follow-ups
Gather customer feedback and application insights to share with product development teams
Create technical content such as application notes, how-to guides and documentation
Collaborate with R&D on product messaging and roadmaps
Help maintain company website and create digital ad materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
Qualification
Required
Degree in electrical engineering or physics required
Applied technical experience in a customer-facing role required
Knowledge of analog & digital electronics fundamentals required
Experience using lab testing equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.) required
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows required
