Responsibilities
Direct a team responsible for the overall financial planning and analysis of the region’s care delivery operations
Participate in various organizational and community meetings to present or discuss the financial status of the multiple medical campuses within their respective region
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
Ten years progressive experience in finance
Five years management or leadership experience
Demonstrated proficiency with verbal, non-verbal and written communications skills
Employee may not at any time have been or be excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid
Preferred
Master's degree in accounting, finance or related field
Experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) level within an acute care environment
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) awarded by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
