Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coordinate staff to ensure prompt, professional, and accurate service to customers
Plan, organize, and prioritize team activities to maintain smooth, high-quality operations
Assign work, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when needed, including adjusting schedules or overtime
Recruit, train, develop, evaluate, and mentor support staff to foster a high-performing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and address inquiries effectively
Monitor staff performance and quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and union agreements
Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of operational experience
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Proven ability to perform essential job duties with accuracy and efficiency
Strong organizational, analytical, planning, and communication skills
Quick learner who can retain and apply information effectively
Ability to adapt and handle additional responsibilities as needed
Bachelor's Degree required
Operational: 3 years (Required)
Leadership: 2 years (Required)
Healthcare and/or Health Insurance: 2 years (Required)
Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
