TWE Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Support Engineer to join their growing services team. The role involves handling advanced technical issues with a focus on infrastructure, security, and networking in both cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 through Level 3 technical support for clients, both onsite (downtown Los Angeles) and remotely
Configure, debug, and maintain infrastructure platforms including Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
Offer high-level support and technical expertise (configuration and troubleshooting) in networking technologies (LAN/WAN, switches, routers)
Develop, install, and maintain technical infrastructure, including hardware and software components
Conduct root cause analysis for service interruptions and implement preventive measures
Collaborate with vendors, clients, and technical teams for project implementations, optimizations, and ongoing system management
Perform system maintenance tasks, including system backups, monitoring, and software updates
Provide clients with advice on hardware and software configurations to meet their needs and improve system scalability
Create and maintain thorough documentation for client systems and troubleshooting procedures
Be available for after-hours support and on-call rotations as needed

Required

At least 2 years of Level 3 Helpdesk experience
3-5 years experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows Server, Linux, and VMware environments
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based infrastructures
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple support tasks while ensuring projects stay on track
Provide Level 1 through Level 3 technical support for clients, both onsite and remotely

Preferred

Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Azure, Network+, or Security+
Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP)
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Batch, or Python
Knowledge of virtual machines and virtual application systems
Familiarity with NAS, SAN, and DAS storage systems
Experience with mobile device management, specifically Android or iOS
