Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department
Ensure the efficient and accurate execution of day-to-day HR operations
Handle detailed administrative tasks and maintain confidential employee records
Support HR processes such as onboarding, data management, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance
Qualification
Required
Two years' experience as an HR Assistant, or relevant administrative experience required
Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Must provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in written communications
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to plan and prioritize work activities and work autonomously
Advanced Word & Excel skills; proficient with Teams, Google Sheets, and Office 365; ability to learn new programs as needed
Preferred
Experience with HR and payroll systems such as IRecruit and Paylocity preferred
