Project Coordinator II
Tyonek Native Corp is seeking a Project Coordinator II who will facilitate and organize various aspects of Project Management. The role involves supporting the Project and/or Program Manager in executing projects within defined timelines and scope, while also managing communication and project documentation.

Responsibilities
Drafting presentation material/s for meetings, internal and customer focused
Coordinate, Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and ensure all products are distributed to stakeholders
Record meeting minutes during meetings
Maintaining weekly, monthly and quarterly project status updates for the Project Manager
Utilize organizational databases such as Costpoint, Tyonek One, and SharePoint daily to support various program activities
Monitor project's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Understand and identify Risks management and mitigation efforts
Accurately process Contract Data Requirements list (CDRL) items for customer delivery
Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) required using drawings and/or statement of work (SOW)
Submit Purchase Requests (PR) to procure parts and/or raw materials for assemblies, kits and fabricated parts. Coordinate shipping for kits and materials to manufacturing locations
Work with Project Managers to facilitate communication and synchronize program tasks
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years task related experience or enrolled in pursuit of a bachelor's degree, with 4 years in a military technical field
DoD Acquisitions and manufacturing procurement experience is desired
Aircraft experience is desirable
Computer skills; MS Office Suite; MS Project; with ability to learn additional computer skills
Interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff
Will also routinely interact with external stakeholders such as customers, vendors, suppliers, etc
Strong problem-solving skills: ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations for problem resolution
High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work in a Team and independently
We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Be able to occasionally travel in support of the program
Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for certain periods throughout the day
Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands, working at heights with fall protection devices
Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders
May be required to lift up to 25 pounds and carry for short distances
Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth
Normally works in an office setting with controlled temperature
