This role involves leading operations for a high-growth site, overseeing the fulfillment process, and driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of safety and engagement.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and execute operational strategies to support site growth and scalability

Manage all core Fulfillment center functions: Receiving, Put Away, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns, Inventory Control, Maintenance

Ensure daily operations meet safety, quality, and productivity standards

Mentor a leadership team of directors, senior managers, managers and supervisors

Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning

Define and monitor site-level KPIs for efficiency, accuracy, and cost control

Oversee site Capital and OpEx budgets and spending

Champion safety as a core value and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards

Works closely across different teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations

Maintains relationships with suppliers, 3PLs (Third-Party Logistics providers), and other external stakeholders

Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with supply chain, procurement, sales, and customer service to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations

Support sales and manufacturer partnerships teams to help win new partnerships and expand existing ones
