Responsibilities

Lead process analysis and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Project MIE

Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to support Project MIE initiatives, ensuring content is clear and engaging

Strategically lead change management efforts, including identifying potential roadblocks, proactively guiding stakeholders through transitions, and alleviating resistance to new processes and tools

Design and execute effective communication strategies to ensure clear understanding and engagement across all stakeholders

Support the implementation of technical best practices, with a focus on Workfront and SharePoint utilization, ensuring seamless integration into workflows

Manage and facilitate pilot programs to test and refine project deliverables, gathering user feedback for continuous improvement

Identify and cultivate 'anchor spots' and project champions to build momentum and drive adoption

Collaborate closely with the project team, actively soliciting and incorporating feedback to continuously improve project support and outcomes
