Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Emergency Services to lead its emergency operations in Austin, TN. This high-impact role involves overseeing a main Emergency Department and multiple freestanding locations, focusing on strategic growth, operational excellence, and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for the main hospital ED and all freestanding emergency departments, ensuring clinical and operational consistency

Drive performance in patient throughput, reducing 'door-to-provider' times and optimizing discharge/admission workflows

Partner with executive leadership to implement growth initiatives and facility expansions planned for the coming years

Oversee budgeting, staffing ratios, and resource allocation across a high-volume, high-acuity network

Develop and report on key dashboard metrics including patient experience scores, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance

Lead and coach a team of managers and clinical leaders, actively identifying and developing the next generation of nurse leaders

Implement evidence-based practices to foster a culture of accountability, high staff engagement, and retention

Maintain strong partnerships with physician groups and other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

BSN required

Master's degree (MSN, MHA, or MBA) required

Active Texas RN license (or eligibility)

Minimum of 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience

At least 3+ years specifically in Emergency Services

Preferred

CEN or TNCC certifications are highly preferred
