Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional finance experience
Investment banking or consulting training
Exposure to private equity, growth equity, or fundraising processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
Background in investment banking or consulting, with exposure to private equity, growth equity, or fundraising environments
Exposure to healthcare investing, services, or operations
Experience in client-facing or externally oriented roles
Comfort operating in a lean, high-ownership environment
Collaborative, low-ego working style
Interest in building a long-term career with a growing firm
