Corporate Tools is hiring for a Desktop Support position to support their Post Falls, ID office. The role involves providing end-user assistance, troubleshooting technical issues, and setting up new employee equipment for both in-office and remote staff.

Responsibilities
Provide end-user assistance for both in office and remote employees
Troubleshoot technical problems, both software and hardware
Setting up new employee equipment
Continuous learning of all things IT
Tracking inventory
Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, upgrade hardware and software systems
Running cables
Qualification
Required
Passion for IT
Eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions
High interpersonal skills, super personable
Highly organized
Ability to communicate well verbally and written
Highly motivated and great customer service
Experience in a desktop support role or similar position
Preferred
Experience with network devices
Experience working with Linux
