Responsibilities
Identify and fix issues in hardware/software using schematics, BOMs, and test procedures
Rework, replace, and repair faulty components (e.g., SMT devices, integrated circuits) on circuit boards
Set up and operate complex test equipment (oscilloscopes, etc.) to verify functionality
Ensure products meet specifications and support continuous improvement
Accurately record repair details, failure data, and maintain logs
Collaborate with engineers on new product development, procedure updates, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Understanding of electronics, schematics, circuit diagrams, and assembly documentation (BOMs)
Proficiency with electronic test and measurement equipment
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions
Clear communication with engineering, manufacturing
