Account Manager
Greene Resources is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves managing an assigned book of business, serving as the primary advisory contact for clients on benefit-related service needs, and collaborating with Benefits Consultants throughout the renewal process.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain an assigned book of business
Serve as the primary advisory contact for clients on benefit-related service needs
Collaborate with Benefits Consultants/Client Executives throughout the renewal process
Conduct needs analyses, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings
Address daily client issues and provide proactive communication
Advise clients on cost-effective benefit options and industry trends
Support form 5500 filings as applicable
Lead and coordinate work with the extended internal service team
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years in account management or consultative role
Prior experience in broker agency or benefits administration
Life & Health license
Strong knowledge of health/ancillary products
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work with clients at a strategic level
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
