Responsibilities
Own & Grow the Apple Partnership
Serve as the primary relationship leader with Apple, ensuring executive alignment, compliance with partner programs, and maximizing incentives and ROI
Translate Apple’s strategy into Insight-specific execution plans that drive measurable growth
Drive Business Strategy & Performance
Lead partner business planning, forecasting, and KPI tracking (revenue, pipeline, program performance)
Identify growth opportunities, execution gaps, and risks, and act decisively
Lead Cross-Functional Execution & Team Development
Coordinate across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and partner teams to ensure smooth execution
Directly manage and develop the Apple Partner Business Development team, setting clear expectations and success metrics
Qualification
Required
8+ years in partner management, alliances, sales strategy, marketing, or GTM leadership (preferably in IT, devices, or technology ecosystems)
Proven ability to translate partner priorities into actionable growth plans
5+ years of direct team management experience with a track record of developing talent, driving accountability, and scaling teams
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for executive-level presentations, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making
Ability to turn data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
