Responsibilities
Perform cleaning, janitorial, and light maintenance duties in common areas and apartments
Keep property and grounds clean, orderly, and safe
Handle snow and ice removal, lawn care, trash pickup and removal
Perform landscaping tasks
Care for amenities such as ponds, sidewalks, and lighting
Assist with minor maintenance repairs as needed
Assist in identifying safety hazards and report needed repairs
Inspect properties for safety and aesthetics
Comply with Fair Housing guidelines
Demonstrate and uphold Oakbrook Values
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions
Reliable and self-motivated
Preferred
Previous experience in property care or maintenance is a plus
