Escalated Asset Oversight

FHA Post Sale Escalations

Hazard Claim and Major Repair Oversight

Chargeback and dispute 2nd point of contact

Infliated Bid/Cut Bid monitoring

Strong written and verbal communication skills

2 years management experience developing teams and monitoring progress

Analytical/problem solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Two years' work experience demonstrating skills in strategy development, negotiation, performance and vendor relationship management
