Providing Technical Support to Restaurants Merchant Owners for their POS systems
Looking to diagnose, escalate and resolve user issues regarding payment systems they are using
Looking for a HelpDesk/ClientCare/ Geeks technician who can manage billing system issues on a daily/weekly basis
Qualification
Required
CRM Experience, 1-3 years of experience required
Good Customer Service Skills, 1-3 years of experience required
Knowledge of ZOHO, 1-3 years of experience required
Network knowledge, basic experience with technical support/troubleshooting/escalations L2 Helpdesk experience or above, 1-3 years of experience required
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in configurations, workflows, and reports
Preferred
MongoDB or previous Database access exp
POS experience
Experience with other CRM platforms
Experience with programming languages
Experience working with databases
