Responsibilities
Lead the development and growth of telecommunication solutions with a strategic and execution-focused mindset
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for telecommunication offerings
Drive feature prioritization using user feedback, market trends, and product analytics
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and third-party vendors to deliver high-impact products
Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and product financials
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or collaboration tools
Deep understanding of hosted voice, UCaaS, and the Webex ecosystem
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Total experience required: 8–10 years
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
Experience with product analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI
Experience with product management for web services and digital platforms
