Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with MCA companies, ISOs, private lenders, and other businesses needing collections support
Manage a pipeline of warm leads while actively developing your own network and outreach strategy
Clearly communicate the value of specialized collections services and recovery processes within MCA and alternative lending
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and act as their main point of contact throughout the sales cycle
Help create and refine processes—from lead handling to client onboarding to support a high-volume workflow
Work closely with internal teams to shape service offerings and solve client challenges
Identify partnership opportunities across MCA and private credit markets
Qualification
Required
Experienced Business Development Representative with a collections focus
Understanding of collections, MCA/alternative lending, or private credit
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively
Understanding of collections or A/R recovery
Self-starter who can generate their own leads and build a personal book of business
Comfortable working at a fast pace and managing high-volume activity
Able to think creatively, adapt quickly, and build processes from the ground up
3–5+ years in business development, account management, or B2B sales
