This role involves working closely with Project Managers and various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities
Support end-to-end execution of C&I projects from design through construction and commissioning
Assist with engineering coordination, drawings review, submittals, and RFIs
Interface with utilities, AHJs, inspectors, and permitting authorities
Track schedules, budgets, and procurement milestones
Coordinate with EPCs, subcontractors, and vendors
Support site activities including QA/QC, commissioning, and close-out documentation
Maintain project documentation (as-builts, change orders, reports)
Identify and help mitigate technical and schedule risks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred, Mechanical/Civil considered)
2–6+ years of experience supporting C&I or energy infrastructure projects
Familiarity with EPC workflows, construction sequencing, and field coordination
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and engineering documentation workflows
Experience with solar, storage, or utility coordination is a strong plus
Preferred
Exposure to solar + storage (PV + BESS) projects
Utility interconnection experience
Prior field or construction support experience
EIT or PE (not required)
