Responsibilities

Develop high-quality training materials including eLearning modules, video tutorials, interactive simulations, and scenario-based learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
Partner with Senior Instructional Designer to translate training objectives into engaging, instructionally sound materials
Design and maintain customer-facing training content and certification materials
Build immersive learning assets for live virtual training sessions
Administer the Customer Education Learning Management System and support enrollments, reporting, content updates & deployment
Work cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with the client's product features & functionality
Continuously refine training assets based on learner feedback, performance data, and customer insights
Occasionally facilitate virtual sessions to model best practices and gather real-world input from users

Required

3+ years of experience in training content development, instructional design, or eLearning development (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, SnagIt, and similar tools
Experience with LMS administration and SCORM standards
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and project management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
