Responsibilities

Utilize active listening and problem-solving skills, to assist a diverse customer base, while providing accurate information and resources to deliver the best possible experience for the court user
Accurate processing of cases and updating case records, demonstrating a high level of detail, while working in a variety of settings and scenarios
Ability to handle processing and system changes on a regular basis while utilizing adaptive learning skills
Demonstrate excellent customer service through in-person, telephonic, and written communication
Confers and communicates with management and team regarding time sensitive tasks while setting priorities
Accurately scheduling, maintaining, and distributing courtroom calendars to support operational efficiency
Collaborate effectively within a team environment while maintaining ability to work independently
Disseminate information and instruction in the courtroom setting as directed
Serve as the first point of contact for court users, answering questions and providing instruction within the constraints of legal boundaries
Maintaining the integrity of the court while recognizing the importance of your role as a court employee
Accurately collecting fees and updating financial records as needed
Daily interactions with Judges, attorneys and executive-level management

Required

Experience demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills while working with internal and external customers verbally (in-person/telephonic) and in writing
Demonstrate resiliency and ability to preserve composure while accomplishing tasks in a high-pressure environment
Demonstrated experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
Ability to foster and sustain productive working relationships with diverse teams, customers, and vendors
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word)
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills demonstrate discretion, patience, and professionalism
Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality with sensitive and personal information
Ability to work on multiple tasks requiring a high degree of accuracy in a high pressure/short deadline/precise schedule environment
Ability to deescalate in tension filled situations
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy while experiencing shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment
Ability to utilize technical skills by comfortably working with multiple applications and demonstrating a general ability to trouble shoot common issues with those applications
Committed to continuous learning, open to change with a positive attitude, and be able to succeed in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment
Experience working in a team environment, as well as an independent contributor
History of utilizing problem solving and critical thinking skills to overcome unexpected challenges
Fast learner and adaptable to changing tools, tasks, and environments
Experience with data management, including data entry, organization, and accuracy checking
US Citizenship is required

Preferred

Candidates with fluency in one or more of the following languages are encouraged to apply: Amharic, American Sign Language, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Punjabi, Russian, Samoan, Somali, Spanish or Vietnamese
Associate degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of two (2) years' experience providing increasingly responsible administrative support, or any combination of education, skills, training and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of this position
