Responsibilities

Utilize and enhance information security tools while developing processes to support identity and access management

Perform daily tasks related to identity and access creation, modification, and termination

Collaborate on the design, planning, and implementation of identity and access solutions

Support the integration of applications with SailPoint and related tools

Develop and implement APIs to automate lifecycle management processes

Investigate and resolve issues related to SailPoint tools, ensuring system reliability

Monitor operations, identify outages or errors, and maintain data integrity using a variety of tools

Assist with penetration testing, digital forensics, and addressing identity theft or access concerns

Contribute to the implementation of tools and processes that enhance organizational security

Provide metrics, reporting, and user access recertifications as needed

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint engineering, cybersecurity, and related tools

Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, including lifecycle management

Experience with Workday integrations and Active Directory

Proficiency in identity and access management principles, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows

Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID, and multi-tier web applications

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Familiarity with certifications such as CompTIA Cloud+, Security+, or similar
