Responsibilities

Review and process client files in various formats, ensuring they conform to the designated template

Identify and resolve discrepancies, such as missing fields, excessive or insufficient characters, and duplicate records

Verify physical addresses to ensure they meet specified criteria

Perform data scrubbing tasks to maintain high-quality records

Assist with household mail merges and ensure seamless integration

Support the creation and management of bump files

Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent data standards

Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting

Ensure all files are reviewed thoroughly for accuracy and completeness

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in data entry and handling large volumes of information

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formatting and data manipulation

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing data

Familiarity with identifying and resolving data discrepancies

Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
