Responsibilities
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for actuarial insurance pricing and rating tool projects
Collaborate closely with business leadership in the insurance industry to define project goals and deliverables
Develop business and functional requirements, process flows, and user stories
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team
Support testing, validation, and implementation of system enhancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner working on actuarial insurance pricing or rating tool projects
Proven ability to communicate effectively with business leadership and cross-functional teams within the insurance industry
Strong understanding of insurance policy forms, letters, and related production processes
Demonstrated experience leading both IT and business-driven projects — candidates must show a mix of both on their resume
Proven experience with Agile methodologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; resumes must be well-written and error-free
Preferred
